Refund policy

Are you dissatisfied with your purchase? You have 14 days from the order date to return it.

Please return the following to us:
- The unused items in their original packaging
- Any extras that were included
- The order confirmation, packing slip, or invoice (we would greatly appreciate it if you could write the reason for the return on this)

• Customized items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, items that have been discounted or items whose original packaging is missing or so badly damaged or creased that it can no longer be used cannot be returned.

The shipping costs and risks of returning the item are at your own expense. You can decide whether to send it by regular mail or with track & trace.
